Random Name Picker is a free web application that lets users pick random names, run live sessions, and interact with others. It is operated independently and provided as-is at no cost.

2. Your Account

• You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account.
• You may not create accounts for others without their permission.
• We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms.

3. Acceptable Use

4. Live Sessions & Chat

• Session owners are responsible for managing their sessions and the behavior of members they invite.
• Chat messages are temporary and deleted after the session ends.
• We are not responsible for content posted in chat by users.
• Session owners and admins have the right to kick or mute disruptive members.

5. Content You Add

Names, messages, and other content you add to the app remain yours. By using the app, you grant us a limited license to store and display that content solely to operate the service. We do not claim ownership of your content.

6. Availability

We do our best to keep the app running, but we do not guarantee 100% uptime. The service may go down for maintenance or due to issues outside our control. We are not liable for any loss caused by downtime.

7. Third-Party Services

The app may embed content from Spotify, YouTube, and Apple Music. Those services have their own terms of service that apply when you use their content. We are not responsible for third-party content or services.
